Common Returns Questions

Is it easy to return items?
Yes! Enter your email for a direct link to your personal return center. Once you've clicked through the link and selected the product you would like to return, a prepaid shipping label and packing slip will be emailed to you. Place the packing slip inside the package with your product and adhere the shipping label to the outside. Drop off at any FedEx location near you


How soon will I get my refund?
Please allow 10-12 business days for us to receive and process your return.

What items are returnable?

  • Items purchased in the last 30 days at southerntide.com. Read our full policy here.


Is there a different holiday return policy?

  • Yes! Items purchased between November 3, 2019 and December 14, 2019 will have a 60 day return window. The items that are being returned must follow our normal return policy as to how the merchandise should be presented. 


What items are non-refundable?

  • Items purchased anywhere other than Southerntide.com
  • Items purchased over 30 days from your order date
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items worn out from natural wear and tear
  • Free gifts or promotional items
